Well here first I defined a function called inverter which takes a number as input and inverts or upsets it, gives it as output. Now why did I do this because symmetric is numbers that revresof it is equal to itself Now we check all the numbers inside the loop to see if the number is symmetric, can it be the product of two to three digits? For this reason, we first divide the number by a three-digit number to find the divisor against the first, then look for another 3-digit number to be equal to the original number by multiplying by the first divisor.
